Earth Rarest was founded to make strategic metals and rare earths accessible to private investors. The idea came from personal experience. Alon founded Earth Rarest after seeing first-hand how difficult it could be for private investors to access strategic metals and rare earths in a credible and secure way.
He is also the Managing Director of Finofin LTD, a business focused on creating user-oriented, data-driven financial content. That background has helped shape Earth Rarest’s approach from the beginning: clear communication, thoughtful presentation of complex topics, and a strong emphasis on trust.
His experience in building financial content businesses and investor-facing platforms has been instrumental in positioning Earth Rarest as a more accessible and informed gateway into a specialist market.
Russell Gous
Head of Investor Relations
Russell leads investor communication at Earth Rarest, helping clients understand both the investment case for strategic metals and the practical structure behind them.
His background spans corporate banking, foreign exchange, and financial publishing. He previously worked in Barclays’ Global Corporates division and later at WorldFirst, where he was responsible for managing strategic partnerships within the finance industry.
With experience across banking, partnerships, and financial content, he brings a commercially grounded and investor-focused perspective to the business.
